About The Event
The Private Company Governance Learning Series webinars were designed specifically for directors who wished to enhance the effectiveness of private company boards. Each event focused on a specific issue, trend, or company type (e.g., family-owned, IPO, pre-IPO, private-equity owned, or employee-owned) unique to privately held companies.
For this third webinar in the PCLGS series, NACD partnered with the NACD Carolinas and NACD Research Triangle chapters to present a robust discussion that specifically focused on growth strategies for private companies. The pursuit of growth was recognized as fundamental to long-term success. A panel of experts serving on boards as well as in executive roles shared their insights about staying competitive in the marketplace and best practices for growing businesses through expansion and diversification.
