Director Exchange events offer board members the opportunity to engage in a candid conversation with fellow directors over lunch.
Succession at the CEO and Board Chair level is one of the most critical responsibilities directors face and directly impacts continuity, stability, and long‑term value creation. During lunch board members Margaret Jenkins and Terry Grayson‑Caprio will lead a discussion on governance practices for leadership succession. Attendees will gain fresh perspectives on strengthening oversight, avoiding succession pitfalls, and positioning their organizations to weather change with resilience.
