Major transformations can create significant value, but they also introduce new risks, challenge existing governance models, and test the effectiveness of board oversight. Directors must determine when to empower management to execute independently, when to increase engagement, and how to maintain the appropriate balance between value creation and risk management.

This interactive session will explore how leading boards oversee major transformations, govern risk and opportunity, identify early warning signs, and adapt board-management engagement as conditions change.

Join us for a candid panel discussion, supplemented with a small group exercise, designed to equip participants with the questions they should be asking to improve transformation outcomes and protect long-term enterprise value.
