Join us for lunch with Peter Browning, one of the most experienced voices in the boardroom, having served on the boards of 14 publicly traded companies. Recent board service includes Lowe's Companies, Nucor Corporation, EnPro Industries, Equilar and Acuity Brands. At present he serves on the board of ScanSource, Inc and Gypsum Management & Supply.
As co-author of The Director's Manual, he is highly sought after to share his views on corporate governance. During lunch, Theresa Drew, independent director at Sonoco Products Company and The Cato Corporation will lead a discussion on governance evolution, changing boardroom best practices, and insights for directors during challenging geopolitical and economic times.
