About The Event

Board oversight remains critical to an organization’s ability to create and maintain its diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) strategy. The legal landscape of DE&I continues to be in flux due to proposed pieces of legislation at the state and federal levels. While initiatives aimed at advancing diversity are under heightened scrutiny, carefully thought-out initiatives can still be implemented. We reviewed best practices amidst a changing legal landscape and using a framework for assessing DE&I strategies going forward.
