About The Event
In this session, a former CEO shared firsthand insights from leading a company through the complex journey of transitioning from a public to a private entity. Board directors had the unique opportunity to draw lessons from real-world leadership experience, including how the CEO and board collaborated to manage communication, culture, and stakeholder alignment throughout the transition.
Through this discussion, participants deepened their understanding of the board’s strategic and fiduciary role in such a transformation.
