While the trial wrapped up quickly, the high-profile legal case offers some enduring lessons for directors. 

Last month in a Delaware court, a settlement was announced in the class-action lawsuit brought by Meta Platforms investors against CEO Mark Zuckerberg and current and former officers and directors of the tech giant.
