Young Pham is Chief Strategy Officer at CI&T and has been providing strategy for digital delivery for over 25 years, with a specific focus in financial services. He has previously led digital product teams at Chase and co-founded separate venture-backed startups in mortgage and investing. At CI&T, Young is responsible for helping clients create digital distribution strategies, customer experience, and product strategies for clients such as Wells Fargo, BlackRock, Invesco, and Chase. Most recently, he has been advocating for how AI will transform the financial services industry while also creating greater accessibility to banking for all consumers.
