Dr. Ivy Estabrooke is a technology and innovation executive whose career sits at the intersection of emerging technology, national security, and global resource strategy. She currently serves as a Non-Executive Director on the boards of Rare Earths Americas (NYSE: REA), URZ3 Energy Corp (TSXV: URZ), and Freedom Copper, and previously held the same role at Energy Fuels Inc. (NYSE: UUUU) giving her a front-row seat to the critical minerals and energy security challenges shaping today's geopolitical landscape. Her executive career spans both government and industry, including senior roles at the U.S. Department of the Navy's Office of Naval Research, RTI International, biotechnology innovators IDbyDNA (acquired by Illumina) and PolarityTE (Nasdaq: PTE), and as Executive Director of the Utah Science, Technology and Research Agency. Dr. Estabrooke holds a Ph.D. in Neuroscience from Georgetown University and an M.S. in National Resource Strategy from the Eisenhower School at the National Defense University, and a B.A. from Smith College. She holds the  NACD.DC Directorship Certification and is a DoD acquisition professional.
