Kathleen McAllister manages an active corporate board portfolio, serving on the boards of Black Hills Corp (BKH), The Electric Reliability Council of Texas (ERCOT), and Hoegh LNG (former HMLP, now privately held). Previously, Kathleen served on the boards of SilverBow Resources (SBOW), The Metals Company (TMC) and Maersk Drilling (DRLCO) and has chaired the Audit and Risk Committee. 

As a seasoned public company Board Director, CEO and CFO with diverse leadership roles in global, capital-intensive companies in the energy and infrastructure value chains, and having led over $20B in capital markets transactions including a NYSE IPO, Kathleen brings a broad strategic perspective to the complex challenges of operating cyclical businesses in the global marketplace, and is known for building strong relationships and communicating effectively with all stakeholders to develop and achieve strategic goals.

On the not-for-profit front, Kathleen focuses on families in need, education, and mentoring, and serves on the NACD Texas TriCities Chapter Board and the University of Houston-CL College of Business Dean’s Advisory Council. Kathleen is a NACD Board Leadership Fellow and a Certified Public Accountant.
