Jarvis Hollingsworth
Director
Jarvis V. Hollingsworth is President/CEO of JVH Capital Partners, Inc., a management consulting, corporate advisory, and capital formation/principal investing firm. He previously served as Vice Chairman of Irradiant Partners L.P., an alternatives investment advisor founded in October 2021 that focused on investments in renewable energy private equity and credit, liquid credit and opportunistic credit. Irradiant managed over $12B in assets before being acquired in June 2025. Mr. Hollingsworth also served as the firm’s Chief Operating Officer for the first 18 months following its founding.
Previously, Mr. Hollingsworth served as Chief Legal Officer/Corporate Secretary, Director, and Management Committee member of Kayne Anderson Capital Advisors, L.P., an alternatives investment firm based in Los Angeles that managed over $30B in assets. He is a former Partner of the law firm Bracewell LLP in Houston where he had a finance/corporate governance practice and was elected by the partnership to serve on the firm’s management and finance committees. Mr. Hollingsworth started his legal career in Houston at the law firm previously known as Fulbright & Jaworski.
Mr. Hollingsworth is an experienced corporate director, having served as a director of several public and private companies, government agencies and not-for-profit organizations. He currently serves as a Director of Vital Energy, Inc. (VTLE:NYSE), a diversified energy company, the Memorial Hermann Health System, and NACD Texas TriCities Chapter. Mr. Hollingsworth is also a member of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas Financial Sector Advisory Council.
Mr. Hollingsworth formerly served as Lead Independent Director of Core Scientific, Inc.(NASDAQ: CORZ), the largest Blockchain infrastructure, hosting provider and digital asset miner in North America, and is also a former director of Cullen/Frost Bankers, Inc.(Frost Bank)(NYSE:CFR). He formerly served two six-year terms as Chairman of the Board of the Teacher Retirement System of Texas, a $200+ billion pension trust fund for retirees, teachers and employees of Texas education-related institutions, and also served as Chairman of the Board of Regents of the University of Houston System. Mr. Hollingsworth is a former director of the State Bar of Texas.
Mr. Hollingsworth received a Bachelor of Science from the United States Military Academy at West Point, where he was a four-year letterman on the Army football team, and served for several years on active and reserve duty in the United States Army upon graduation. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Houston Law Center and resides in Houston, Texas with his wife Andrea, and they have three adult children.
