About The Event
In Person | April 28, 2026 | 11:30 AM - 1:30 PM CDT | The Woodlands, TX
Directors worked through real-world cyber crisis scenarios designed to sharpen instincts and stress-test oversight frameworks under pressure. Through interactive exercises based on today's most pressing threats, participants navigated the decisions, communications, and governance actions that define how boards perform when incidents escalate faster than playbooks anticipate.
Attendees left understanding how boards coordinate response in the critical hours after a breach, what questions directors should ask before, during, and after incidents, and which oversight practices actually hold up under duress. The scenarios revealed how emerging threats manifest in boardrooms, how post-incident hardening prevents recurrence, and where governance gaps surface when crises unfold in real time.
Rather than theoretical discussion, the interactive format pushed directors to make actual decisions with incomplete information—the reality of crisis governance. Participants departed with practical tools to bring back to their boardrooms and a clearer understanding of what preparedness actually requires.
