Vickie Lane is the Head of Ethics & Compliance for Pilgrim’s Pride Corporation, a leading global provider of high-quality food products and one of the world’s largest poultry producers.

Prior to joining Pilgrim’s in December 2021, Vickie served as Chief Special Counsel for Ethics, Risk & Compliance for the State of New York. 

Vickie also spent 20 years in private practice as a white collar criminal and civil defense attorney where she represented individuals and companies in federal and state government investigations and litigation matters relating to the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, the False Claims Act, Securities Laws, and various other financial fraud statutes. In private practice, Vickie also advised clients on a variety of compliance-related matters.
