Trey is an Executive Vice President and serves as Lockton’s Chief Legal Officer and Secretary. With over $4.0 billion in annual revenues, Lockton is the largest independent insurance broker in the world. Trey joined Lockton in 2000. In that time, in addition to being responsible for all legal matters affecting Lockton, Trey oversaw Lockton’s acquisition of Alexander Forbes Risk Services, now Lockton International; the divestiture of Lockton’s former lock\line business and retirement services businesses; the complete overhaul of Lockton’s capital structure; and the perpetuation of Lockton as a private, family-owned company. Trey oversees a legal, risk, compliance, and secretarial team of more than 100 Associates, including 14 lawyers in the U.S., 14 in U.K., 1 in Brazil, 1 in Hong Kong, 1 in Singapore, 1 in Australia, and 1 in Dubai.
