Tracy B. McKibben is an international energy and environmental technology expert, investor, and entrepreneur who brings to the boardroom more than 20 years of experience at the intersection of capital allocation, risk oversight, regulatory strategy, and long-term value creation. McKibben is a seasoned director, with governance experience spanning public, private, regulated, and nonprofit organizations. She currently serves on the boards of Ecolab Inc. (NYSE: ECL), Huntington Ingalls Industries Inc. (NYSE: HII), and USAA. She also serves on the board of the National Kidney Foundation as immediate past chair and is a former vice chair of the New York Power Authority.
