

Tom Bogan

Tom Bogan has extensive experience in the software and technology industry as a CEO, investor and BOD member. He currently serves as a board member of public software companies Workday (WDAY), AspenTech (AZPN) and Catapult Sports (CAT.AX), private software companies Reltio and Extensiv and also serves as a Trustee of Stonehill College.
Until January 2022, Tom was Vice Chairman at Workday responsible for corporate development and acquisition integration. He joined Workday in 2018 through its acquisition of Adaptive Insights where Tom had served as CEO since 2015.
Tom also previously served on several public company boards including Citrix Systems as Chairman (CTXS), Apptio as Chairman (APTI), PTC (PTC), Rally Software as lead director (RALY), Meca Software (MECA) and America Service Group (ASGR) as well as being a board member at more than 25 private software companies.
Bogan was also a Partner at Greylock Partners from 2004 through 2009, leading venture investments in several high growth software companies. Prior to Greylock, Bogan was at Rational Software (RATL) from 1997 until its acquisition by IBM in 2003, serving as its President & COO from 1999 until acquisition. Before Rational, Bogan had served as CEO or two early-stage technology companies (Avatar Technologies and Pacific Data Products) and earlier held finance positions in public and private companies as well as public accounting.
