Equipped with more than 20 years of experience, he provides guidance and oversight related to complex accounting, reporting, financial and business issues to a variety of domestic and international companies and organizations. His client service responsibilities have included public and private, middle-market, entrepreneurial and high-growth companies ranging from early stage development to Fortune 500 companies. Zechman has significant experience with M&A, debt and equity offerings, IPOs, interaction with the SEC and PCAOB, and implementation and monitoring compliance with the requirements of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act.
