Teri is a seasoned business leader with over 40 years of technology, cybersecurity, audit, risk management, talent management, board governance, and business development experience. Currently Teri serves on the Compass Diversified Holdings (NYSE: CODI) Board of Directors, serving on the Audit Committee (Chair) and Nominating and Governance. She serves on the Federal Home Loan Bank Office of Finance Board, serving on the Audit Committee (Chair) and the Technology and Operations Committee (Vice Chair). She also serves on the Board of Directors of National Equity Fund (NEF), serving on the Audit and Budget Committee and the Governance Committee. She spent years reporting to and coaching Board members and C-Suite executives on audit-related critical topics, including Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Transformation, and Risk Management. As the EY Regional and Americas Leader of Financial Audit Information Technology, Teri was actively engaged in establishing methodology, audit impact evaluation, and board engagement surrounding the issues of cyber breaches.

Teri “re-wired” from EY in 2022 after a 38 year career that began in financial audit and expanded to IT, Cybersecurity and Risk Management in various leadership positions. She currently manages a portfolio career of public, private and non-profit board service, contracting with EY for international regulatory support, and general coaching and mentoring.

She obtained her undergraduate degrees in Accounting and Political Science (Honors) from Oklahoma State University and her MBA from Hult University through the EY Tech MBA program.
