Shannon Gath is an award-winning senior technology executive with more than 25 years of experience driving growth for global technology, life sciences, and financial services companies. She has built a distinguished career leading enterprise-wide digital and business transformations that position organizations for long-term success.

Since April 2021, Shannon has served as Chief Information Officer at Teradyne, a $3B+ global leader in test and robotics. In this role, she oversees large-scale IT initiatives that enable business innovation, operational excellence, and growth worldwide.

Shannon’s leadership has been widely recognized across the industry. She has been honored as Mid-Cap CIO of the Year by HMG Strategy, Boston CIO of the Year by InspireCIO, Top CIO/CTO by the Tech Inclusion Council, one of the 50 Most Powerful Women in Technology by the National Diversity Council, and one of the “100 Top Women in Tech Leaders to Watch in 2024” by the WomenTech Network. Earlier in her career, she was named a Rising Star by the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association.

Beyond her corporate leadership, Shannon is deeply committed to advancing women in technology and financial independence.
