Sandra B. Cochran retired as Executive Chair of Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, Inc., a restaurant and retail concept with locations throughout the United States, in February 2024 after serving in that role since November 2023. Cochran served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Cracker Barrel from 2011 to October 2023. She was previously Chief Executive Officer at book retailer Books-A-Million, Inc. from 2004 to 2009 and also served as that company’s President from 1999 to 2004, Chief Financial Officer from 1993 to 1999 and Vice President of Finance from 1992 to 1993. Cochran has served on the boards of Cracker Barrel from 2011 to 2024 and Dollar General Corporation from 2012 to 2020. Ms. Cochran currently serves on the Board of Directors for Lowes Inc., Six Flags Entertainment Corporation and Signet Jewelers Limited.
