He oversees strategy, product innovation, and client engagement, supporting thousands of issuers as they navigate evolving regulatory requirements and market expectations.

With more than 20 years of global leadership experience, he has held roles in New York, Hong Kong, Sydney, and London, giving him a broad international perspective on corporate governance and shareholder engagement.
