Rob Sears is a Managing Director and Head of Global Private Equity (GPE) Technology, the firm’s AI Scaler program, and Global Portfolio Solutions (GPS) Technology Partnerships. In this role, he leads the technology systems and organization that support Carlyle’s deal teams, drives high-value, high-impact AI solutions across the firm, and cultivates strategic technology partnerships to deliver value for the firm’s portfolio companies. Rob is based in Washington, D.C.
