Rob Austin is Professor of Digital Innovation and holds the Evolution of Work Chair at Ivey Business School. He is also an affiliated faculty member at Harvard Medical School. Author of ten books, he has published widely in top management journals. A former manager at Ford and Novell, he has also served also as CEO of the largest executive education provider in northern Europe. With Gary Pisano, he wrote the widely cited Harvard Business Review article, “Neurodiversity as a Competitive Advantage.” His research on neurodiversity employment (NDE) dates back to 2007 and has been funded by the Canadian government.
