Reba Dominski
Current Chair of Board, Make-A-Wish America, Board Director and C-Suite Executive
Revathi (Reba) Dominski is a seasoned business operator and strategic governance leader who has spent three decades running large, complex businesses with a relentless focus on the customer. Over her 30-year career at U.S. Bank and Target Corporation, she has led significant P&Ls, global sourcing programs, and enterprise strategies that connect financial performance with customer experience, brand trust, and stakeholder value.
Most recently, Reba served as Senior Executive Vice President, Chief Social Responsibility Officer and President of the U.S. Bank Foundation, joining U.S. Bank’s Managing Committee, the seniormost team overseeing the strategic direction and performance of U.S. Bancorp. In this role, she led the bank’s ESG and social impact agenda—integrating community, environmental, and reputation considerations into growth strategies, risk discussions, and brand positioning—always through the lens of customer needs, market expectations, and long-term enterprise value.
A key example of her enterprise leadership approach was her role in facilitating regulatory approval of the MUFG Union Bank acquisition. Reba negotiated a $100 billion Community Benefits Plan, the largest in banking history, aligning capital deployment, branch and product strategies, and investments in low-income communities with the bank’s core business and customer growth objectives.
Reba’s operating discipline and customer focus were forged over more than 20 years at Target Corporation. There, she advanced through merchandising, sourcing, inventory strategy, and community investment roles. She directed P&L strategy for multiple revenue lines, managed over $1 billion in global sourcing, and led product design and development operations for Target’s $10 billion Home Apparel business. In roles from Senior Buyer to Director of Merchandise Planning and Store Merchant, she consistently exceeded financial plans, optimized inventory and assortment based on guest insights, and translated customer data into merchandising, pricing, and supply chain decisions.
As a board leader, Reba brings deep boardroom fluency and a pragmatic operator’s lens. At U.S. Bank, she served as staff liaison to the Board’s Public Responsibility Committee, managing the committee charter, agendas, and materials, and regularly advising the Board on risk, reputation, and non‑financial disclosures. She completed the Harvard Business School Women on Boards program and has extensive experience chairing and serving on nonprofit and civic boards. Currently, she is Chair of the Make‑A‑Wish America Board of Directors and serves on the Board of Governors for First Tee.
Reba announced her retirement from U.S. Bank at the end of 2025 and now focuses on corporate and nonprofit board service.
