Mike Aviles is a versatile CEO with a record of success across several industries. He has led public and private companies, managed growth and turnaround situations, and run both B2B and B2C businesses.   

Among his leadership roles, Aviles served as CEO of Vignette, ; CEO of Activant Solutions, ; CEO of Foster Grant, and GM for FOOTACTION. He holds an MBA from Stanford University and started his career as a CPA with KPMG in New York.

Aviles is active in Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO). He has a passion for minority education and is a recipient of Stanford’s Jerry Porras Latino Leadership Award, named for the co-author of Built to Last. Past board affiliations include Breakthrough Austin, St. Edward’s University, The National MS Society, and the Entrepreneurs Foundation of Central Texas.
