Micho Spring is a senior reputation strategist, crisis counselor, experienced public company director, and recognized business and civic leader. During her 30-year career at Weber Shandwick, she led the firm’s Global Corporate Practice and later served as Chief Reputation Officer, advising boards and executives across industries on reputation management, crisis response, CEO succession, mergers and acquisitions, litigation and regulatory matters, ESG, and corporate culture.

Spring also brings executive leadership experience from both the public and private sectors, including roles as CEO of Boston Telecommunications Company, deputy mayor of Boston, and chief of staff to Mayor Kevin H. White.

She currently serves as a director of National Bank Holdings Corp., where she sits on the Audit & Risk and Governance Committees, and serves on several nonprofit and civic boards, including NACD New England. In 2023, she received NACD’s Myra Kraft Award for Non-Profit Leadership. Spring attended Georgetown and Columbia Universities and received an MPA from Harvard's Kennedy School of Government.
