Mike Oclaray is a senior member of the Executive Compensation & Board Advisory practice within WTW’s Work & Rewards line of business. Based in Los Angeles, he specializes in the review and design of compensation programs for corporate leaders. During his 31 years in the executive compensation field, he has assisted clients in a wide range of industries – especially consumer-focused businesses – including airlines, athletic and outdoor apparel, chain restaurants, consumer food products, health care, renewable energy, retail and utilities.

For WTW’s Executive Compensation & Board Advisory practice, Mike is a member of both the global leadership team and the practice council for North America; and he leads WTW’s Board Advisory services for North America. Of Mexican and Filipino descent, he is also a leader of WTW’s Multi-Cultural Inclusion Network.
