Martin Pfinsgraff

Director

Martin Pfinsgraff is currently a director of PNC where he chairs the Risk Committee and serves on the Audit and Executive Committees. He was a director of ACell up to January of 2021 and continues to serve on a Shareholder Advisory Committee overseeing earnout and other post-closing payments following the sale to Integra. He serves on the board of Common House, Inc., a hospitality business with operations in the mid-Atlantic and mid-South. He is a consultant for Lindsay Goldberg, a private equity firm with approximately $19 billion of assets under management. He is a member of the Advisory Board of the International Association of Credit Portfolio Management.

Prior to his retirement in 2017, Marty was Senior Deputy Comptroller for Large Bank Supervision and a member of the Executive Committee at the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency. He has had senior leadership positions at Prudential Securities, Prudential Insurance, and Mellon Bank. He was a co-founder and CFO/COO of WorldAware (previously iJET International), a risk management technology and services provider.

Marty has a BS from Allegheny College and an MBA from the Harvard Business School. He is a former trustee on the board of Allegheny College, serving three years as Chairman. Marty and his wife, Joan, volunteer as Court Appointed Special Advocates for children within the Maryland foster care system.
