Dr. Maria Hernandez is President of Impact4Health, LLC, a consulting firm focused on reducing healthcare disparities and improving healthcare outcomes among vulnerable populations. An active advocate of women in leadership roles across all sectors, Maria co-founded  LatinaVIDA in 2014 as a nonprofit with a mission to inspire the next generation of first-gen executives in every sector.  Maria has consulted for Fortune 100 companies, major nonprofits, and public agencies for 20 years, has served 2 terms on the Board of Trustees of Alameda Health System, and is currently on the Board of AAA Mountain West Group, which serves 6M members as one of the largest clubs nationally. She also serves on the Board of CSAA Insurance Group, serving 18 million policyholders.  Maria has been inducted into the Alameda County Women's Hall of Fame for her work in healthcare and recognized by Latino Leader Magazine's Maestro Award.
