Marco is a Senior Consultant in the New York Office.  Prior to joining FW Cook in 2019, he spent time in the leadership advisory and executive search industry. Working with both publicly traded and private equity clients across various industries, his experience covered C-suite recruitment, succession planning, board assessment, and culture consulting. Marco has additionally spent time working within the corporate strategy function of a global Fortune 100 consumer goods company.
