Mandy McCain is a highly accomplished and results-driven global manufacturing executive leader with more than 25 years of experience in Fortune 500 manufacturing companies. She has a strong track record of delivering top- and bottom-line value through expert profit-and-loss management, strategy development, supply-chain execution, and acquisition integration.
Throughout her career, she has demonstrated agility and adaptability by assuming increasing leadership responsibilities across product lines and geographies and gaining extensive experience in risk, crisis, and change management. This breadth has cultivated a systems-oriented mindset, enabling effective evaluation of businesses and successful development and execution of strategies.
McCain believes in integrating strategy with the people, processes, and tools needed for successful execution. She fosters inclusive cultures where collaboration and cross-functional alignment drive results.
McCain currently serves as chief supply chain officer at Vivify, a global manufacturer and distributor of pigments, dyes, liquid colorants, additives, resins, waxes, specialty chemicals, and food ingredients. She oversees end-to-end supply-chain operations, including procurement, planning, logistics, and customer service.
She is an NACD Directorship Certified® professional and serves on the NACD Nashville advisory board. She also contributes her time to local nonprofit and mentoring organizations.
McCain lives in the greater Nashville, Tennessee, area with her husband of 24 years, two teenage daughters, and a nine-year-old standard poodle. She enjoys backcountry hiking and snow skiing.
