Lynn Atchison, an experienced corporate board director in the technology industry, currently serves on two public boards. She is a member of the Audit Committee on both – Chair at BMBL, and also chairs the Risk Committee at QTWO. She recently rolled off the board of Absolute Software when the business was sold in 2023. Lynn is National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) Directorship Certified™. She is a seasoned public company technology executive, holding a series of CFO roles with fast-growing companies, including Spredfast, a SaaS business sold to Vista; HomeAway “AWAY”, a vacation rental company sold to Expedia; and Hoover’s “HOOV”, an online business information company sold to Dun and Bradstreet. Lynn thrives with transformational and fast-growing companies – both as a c-suite executive and as a board member. Lynn began her career with Ernst & Young in the assurance division and is a CPA; she holds a B.B.A. in accounting from Stephen F. Austin State University.
