Lou Sandoval is the President & CEO of the Illinois Chamber of Commerce a role that leverages his business experience to lead the preeminent organization that is the voice of Illinois Business. As global executive leader with experience in driving growth and efficiency in the various businesses he has grown, led or advised his business acumen has impacted many companies and clients. Most recently he was the CEO and President of HALO Advisory Group, a boutique management consulting firm that partners with clients ranging from venture capital and private equity-owned companies to Fortune 1000 companies, providing strategic guidance and fractional executive leadership in areas such as M&A strategy, acquisition integration, business operations, and product development. Lou is very passionate about helping organizations build strong brands, strong functional teams, and building strong companies that scale through the principles of being centered on client experience and employee experience (Ex=Cx). Lou is also a board director and advisor for several organizations, including Wintrust Bank, Kognitive Networks (formerly K4 Mobility), Epic Academy, and McKinsey & Company’s Hispanic & Latino Executive Leadership Program. He leverages his expertise in durable consumer goods, retail, technology, and banking to help shape the vision, governance, and risk management of these entities.
