Lisa Grow

President & CEO of Idaho Power and IDACORP

Lisa Grow has been president and CEO of IDACORP and Idaho Power since June 1, 2020. She was appointed to the IDACORP and Idaho Power Co. boards of directors in February 2020. Prior to her position as president and CEO, Grow served as Idaho Power’s senior vice president and chief operating officer.

Grow’s 37-year career with Idaho Power began in 1987, shortly after she graduated from the University of Idaho with a bachelor of science in electrical engineering. Throughout her career, Grow has taken on diverse and challenging roles that have increased her knowledge and expertise in the utility industry. She received a master of business administration from Boise State University in 2008.

She currently serves on the St. Luke’s Health System board of directors and the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco’s Salt Lake City branch board of directors. In 2022, she was made an honorary commander for the Idaho Air National Guard’s 124th Fighter Wing.

Grow is a lifelong learner and passionate advocate for education in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics and for building Idaho Power’s future workforce. She is married to a retired firefighter paramedic and they have two adult daughters who also work in health care.
