Linda Amuso is vice chair of the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network and a member of the compensation committee. She is a highly recognized thought leader and an expert in executive and employee compensation for the technology and life sciences industries. For over 35 years, Amuso has worked directly with boards and senior management on developing and implementing executive compensation, incentive plans, and equity strategies. Previously, Amuso held various leadership roles at Aon—she was president of Radford’s Global Consulting business and served on the Rewards leadership team. Prior to joining Aon, Amuso co-founded iQuantic, Inc., focusing on compensation consulting in technology and life sciences. iQuantic was acquired by Buck Consultants, where she held various leadership positions. Amuso also has served as an advisor to various private company boards.
