Kris Pederson

Kris Pederson is an experienced board director, a retired EY and PwC partner, and IBM Vice President.  She is currently a corporate director at SobrSafe (NASDAQ:SOBR) where she chairs the Nom/Gov Committee and on the board of Eagle Bank (NASDAQ:EGBN). She is the Audit Chair of the NFL’s Alumni Association, on the chapter board of National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD CO) and a certified director, and serves on the NASDAQ Governance Advisory Council. At EY, Kris led the Center for Board Matters, the firm's director practice, overseeing client board engagements, director thought leadership, board insight sessions, board referrals, and board training. Kris also has significant operational experience as EY’s Americas Strategy Consulting Leader overseeing 1200 partners and staff as part of a $4B consulting unit and $250M P&L. As VP at IBM, she ran strategic transformation practices, including the strategy arm of a $7B business unit, and several global management consulting practices with P&L ownership of $300M-$1.5B. Kris is also a past director at Great Western Bank (NYSE:GWB), where she was on the Audit Committee, and a past director of Windward Reports. She was recognized by NACD as a leading governance professional in 2022, 23, and 24 and was awarded Consulting Magazine’s Lifetime Achievement Award in 2016. She received an MBA from Harvard Business School and was previously on the HBS Alumni Board, and also a BA from UCLA. She lives in Boulder CO and enjoys golfing, skiing, swimming, and hiking in the mountains with her family.
