Kimberly Y. Chainey is the executive vice president, chief legal officer, and corporate secretary of AptarGroup. She is a member of Aptar’s executive committee and is responsible for the company’s global legal affairs, compliance, and government relations functions. Chainey previously served on the board of NeoPhotonics, and she currently serves on the board of Warrior Met Coal. With over 20 years of international and domestic experience advising C-suite executives and boards of Global 100 and Fortune 500 companies, venture companies, and government entities, she has held progressively senior roles with law firms and companies such as Morgan Lewis, The Hershey Company, Avis Budget Group, and, most recently, with Panasonic Avionics Corporation as their vice president and general counsel. Chainey is a member of the board of trustees of the Montclair Art Museum and a board member of DirectWomen.
