Keri Gohman is a CEO and Board Director known for driving growth and transformation across both market-leading companies and disruptive platforms. Her expertise spans AI, SaaS, fintech, and B2B platforms, with experience across banking, payments, credit, insurance, workforce technology, vertical SaaS and accounting in public, private, venture, and private equity environments.

She currently serves as CEO of PatientNow, where she helps small and mid-sized businesses build thriving practices in the $20B medical aesthetics and wellness market. Her team delivers a technology platform spanning practice management, payments, and AI-driven tools that enable growth, efficiency, and stronger patient engagement.

Previously, Keri was the CEO of CARET, an industry leader in practice management, document automation, and payments solutions serving thousands of global firms. Prior to that, she was a Partner at Bain Capital Ventures, where she focused on fintech and SaaS investments and worked closely with boards, CEOs, and operating teams to accelerate growth and scale business models.

Earlier, she served as Chief Platform Business Officer and President of Xero Americas, helping scale the company from approximately $4B to $13B in market capitalization. She also served as EVP and GM of Capital One’s small business and commercial bank, leading its digital transformation and launching Spark Business and Spark Pay. She began her career in leadership roles at GE and Intuit.

Keri has been recognized as one of Denver’s Most Admired CEOs, San Diego’s Top 500 Leaders and a Top 100 Accounting Influencer. She serves on the national board of the Make A Wish Foundation, and is the incoming Board Chair, serving as Vice Chair. Keri also serves on the boards of BILL Holdings (NYSE: BILL) and Practice Tek and is a GE Certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt. She lives in Colorado with her family and enjoys hiking, mountain biking, and skiing.
