Ken Bertsch

Ken Bertsch is a corporate governance consultant to Broadridge Financial. He has served in this capacity since 2021, except in 2025 to early 2026 when he was on Broadridge staff as VP for Institutional and Issuer Relationship Management. Ken also serves as Senior Advisor to Anteris Partners, a consulting group focused on company shareholder relationships.
Ken served as executive director of the Council of Institutional Investors from 2016 to 2020 and as President and CEO of the Society for Corporate Governance from 2010 to 2014. He currently is Chair of the Hawlemont (Massachusetts) Regional School District School Committee; President of Mohawk Trail Concerts; and Treasurer of the Charlemont Federated Church. He has been a partner at CamberView Partners; head of corporate governance at Morgan Stanley Investment Management; managing director for corporate governance analysis at Moody's Investors Service; director of governance engagement at TIAA-CREF; and in various roles at the Investor Responsibility Research Center. He holds a JD from Fordham University School of Law (2004) and an undergraduate degree from Williams College.
