Kaylin Klinger

Vice President, Wealth Strategist, J.P. Morgan Private Bank

Kaylin Klinger is a Vice President and Wealth Strategist in the New York office of J.P. Morgan Private Bank. Kaylin helps clients articulate their intentions for their wealth and align their resources against these priorities. She provides customized strategies for the complex financial issues facing her clients in a manner that helps them gain confidence in achieving their long-term goals.

Prior to becoming a Wealth Strategist, Kaylin was an Executive Compensation Specialist within the Advice Lab at the Private Bank. In this capacity, she worked closely with clients and their advisors nationally to optimize compensation, benefits, employment and severance packages. She also advised on diversification strategies, pre-IPO planning, M&A considerations and employment agreements for executives. Her expertise covered the private and public sectors and was industry agnostic.

Kaylin plays an influential role on the firm’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Council to incorporate these business processes into the workplace and beyond. She is also involved with several other internal organizations, including Women on the Move and Next Gen.

A graduate of Fordham University, Kaylin earned a B.A. in International Political Economy and Spanish. She is an active alum and mentors students to help launch their professional careers. Kaylin is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNING professional and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation. She is a member of the CFA Society of New York.

Kaylin and her husband currently reside in New Jersey with their two young children. They enjoy traveling and exploring different cultures as a family.
