Karen Grafje, SPHR, CCP is an HR professional with over 25 years of experience across several industries including distribution, life sciences, technology services and banking and has worked in both the private and public sector. She has held various positions throughout her career with the majority of her time spent in Total Rewards leadership. In her role, Karen has worked closely with compensation consultants and HR Committees on executive compensation matters. Currently she leads the Total Rewards function at Fulton Bank.
