Karen Francis DeGolia serves as chair of the board of Vontier, a global industrial technology company focused on smarter transportation and mobility, and as chair of the board for Cellink , a private company that produces cutting-edge printed circuits for automotive use. She is a senior advisor to TPG Inc. and also serves on the board of directors for Polestar and Nauto. She is widely acknowledged for her success in the automotive industry both as general manager of the $8 billion Oldsmobile Division of General Motors and then as vice president of Ford Motor Co., where she led the corporate venture capital group and global technology-driven business strategies. Her career has also included executive positions at Procter & Gamble, Bain & Co., Berol Corp., and Publicis. She also serves as a trustee for PGA Reach, the foundation board for the PGA of America. DeGolia owns Limerick Lane Cellars, a 53-acre vineyard estate winery in Healdsburg, California.
