Justin is the Chief Technology Officer at HDR, where he leads enterprise technology strategy, digital transformation, cybersecurity, data, AI, and Information Technology operations.

Over his career, Justin has led technology strategy, software engineering, and innovation programs across multiple industries. Before joining HDR, he held technology leadership roles at LPL Financial and TD Ameritrade, where he ran emerging technology labs, built enterprise AI programs, and played key roles in agile transformation efforts.

He began his career in software engineering and product development at Baldwin Hackett & Meeks, Inc. (BHMI), where he managed software product releases and led custom enterprise solution development across numerous industries.
Justin holds a MS in Management Information Systems from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
