Josh serves as EY’s Nashville Managing Partner and US Assurance Growth Markets Leader. He has more than 22 years serving predominantly public and private companies, primarily retailers, global manufacturing, distribution and energy companies. 

As Nashville Managing Partner, he leads a practice of over 600 EY personnel across multiple service lines. In his US Assurance Growth Markets Leader role, Josh leads the Firm’s Assurance service line growth strategy and execution across 77 offices. Previously, Josh served as EY’s Southeast Market Leader, a role in which he led EY’s 18 offices across the Southeast geography. 

He has extensive experience in areas such as AI governance and change management, business transactions and combinations, accounting and auditing, supply chain, global income tax and IT integration into business processes. His experience includes assisting clients with initial public offerings and subsequent secondary offerings, other various debt offerings and ESG reporting considerations.  Josh also has experience assisting non-audit clients in implementing initiatives such as AI and robotics process automation to improve finance and reporting processes.

Josh and his wife, Brooke, live in Nashville, Tennessee, with their 16-year-old identical twin daughters. Brooke serves on the board of the Nashville Ballet and is the treasurer of Impact100 Nashville. Among many hobbies, they particularly enjoy tennis and traveling as a family.
