Jessica Saperstein is a transformational C-suite executive, corporate board member, and senior advisor. She has built client-centric strategies for billion-dollar businesses, leveraging the Net Promoter System, behavioral science, data analytics/AI, and scalable technology. Over her career, Saperstein has provided strategy counsel and leadership in the areas of growth, innovation, and marketing at companies including ADP, Avis Budget Group, Novartis, and Voya Financial. Saperstein most recently served as chief customer experience officer of Voya Financial, where she was responsible for optimizing customer journeys, user experience, analytics, and client-centric strategy, innovation, and operations. Saperstein holds the NACD.DC® and is a nonexecutive director of Church Mutual Insurance Company, where she serves on the audit and human capital committees. She also serves on the board of Executive Women of New Jersey. She is a keynote speaker on customer centricity, growth, brand purpose, and women in leadership.
