Jeri Isbell is an independent board director of SiteOne Landscape Supply (NYSE: SITE) where she serves as chairperson of the HR and Compensation Committee and as a member of the Governance Committee. She also serves on the Board of Directors of Atkore International (NYSE: ATKR) as chairperson of the HR and Compensation Committee and as a member of the Audit Committee. Isbell also serves on the Eastern Kentucky University Foundation Board as chair of the Nominating and Governance Committee. As demonstration of her commitment to excellence in corporate governance, she is an NACD Board Leadership Fellow and recently achieved NACD Directorship Certification. An experienced corporate executive whose background combines both human resources and finance, Isbell served more than 10 years as the chief human resources officer at Lexmark International where she was known for her passion for employee development and mentoring, executive succession planning, and diversity and inclusion. Prior to her CHRO role, she worked more than seven years in the finance and accounting areas including, serving as the U.S. controller and CFO of Lexmark’s largest division. She is also a Certified Public Accountant and a Qualified Financial Expert.
