Jennifer Pollino is an accomplished public company director, governance advisor and executive coach with more than 30 years of global business leadership experience across aerospace, manufacturing, finance, human capital and enterprise transformation. She brings to the boardroom a strong combination of public company governance experience, financial expertise, compensation and succession planning leadership, and deep operating experience in complex global organizations. 

Pollino currently serves on the boards of Crane Co. (NYSE: CR), Hubbell Incorporated (NYSE: HUBB), NACD Carolinas Chapter as well as the UNC Charlotte Belk College Advisory Board. She previously served as lead director of Kaman Corporation (NYSE: KAMN) and as a director of Wesco Aircraft (NYSE: WAIR), the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), and Teach For America–Carolinas. Across these roles, she has contributed to board oversight of strategy, risk, leadership development, executive compensation, governance effectiveness and CEO succession. 

She has served in key board leadership and committee roles, often joining boards through the Audit Committee as a financial expert, later chairing the Compensation Committee and serving on Nominating and Governance Committees. Her board work includes oversight of executive compensation programs, leadership succession, director refreshment, governance practices, stakeholder engagement and the alignment of talent strategy with long-term business performance. 

Prior to her board and advisory work, Pollino served as chief human resources officer of Goodrich, an $8 billion global aerospace company with 28,000 employees. She also held senior operating and finance leadership roles at Goodrich, including general manager of multiple manufacturing and service businesses with revenues exceeding $500 million and vice president of finance. This breadth of experience gives her a practical understanding of operational performance, capital allocation, organizational design, workforce strategy and leadership accountability. 

Pollino also brings extensive merger and acquisition experience, with hands-on involvement in evaluating strategic transactions, integrating acquired businesses, overseeing organizational and leadership implications, and aligning deal execution with long-term value creation. Her background spans both management and board oversight contexts, giving her practical perspective on transaction strategy, due diligence, integration planning, culture alignment, synergy realization and post-acquisition performance accountability. 

As an executive coach and consultant, Pollino advises senior leaders and organizations on leadership effectiveness, team dynamics, stakeholder alignment and performance improvement. Her work spans Fortune 500 companies with mature governance and talent processes, high-growth companies navigating scale, and mission-driven nonprofit organizations. She is known for helping boards and executives strengthen leadership capability, improve organizational performance and support durable value creation. 

Pollino earned a BBA in Accounting, magna cum laude, from the University of Notre Dame and a Master of Science in Executive Coaching from Queens University of Charlotte. She is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Arizona Society of Certified Public Accountants.
