Ms. Grafton has spent close to 15 years on the executive teams of publicly traded mining, energy, and software companies, focused on providing strategic leadership in the areas of public company governance, risk management, government regulation and employee engagement and development. As Chief Administrative Officer and a member of the executive team of the mining company, Ms. Grafton held responsibility for the legal, human resource, information technology, risk management, insurance, and government relations departments. Ms. Grafton currently serves on the executive team of a publicly traded supply chain SAAS company, with oversight of legal, sales contracting, compliance, and insurance. Ms. Grafton has served as an independent director on the Board of Directors of Dakota Gold Corporation, a NYSE-listed exploration-stage gold mining company, since September 2021, serving as Chair of the Compensation Committee, with responsibility for the compensation consultant relationships and creating compensation programs focused on performance and driving shareholder value. She also serves on the Audit and Nominating & Governance Committees. Ms. Grafton recently joined the Farmland Partners, Inc. Board of Directors as an independent director where she serves on the Compensation and Nominating & Governance Committee.
