

Jeff Siemon
VP, Investor Relations & Corporate Finance at General Mills
Jeff Siemon leads General Mills’ Investor Relations and Corporate Finance functions, with responsibility for communicating the company’s performance and strategies to the investment community and providing investor sentiment and market intelligence to General Mills management and board of directors; leading the company’s Financial Planning & Analysis and other corporate finance activities; and providing business partnership to the Group President responsible for the company’s North America Pet, International, and North America Foodservice segments, which collectively represent $8 billion in net sales. Jeff joined General Mills in 1996 and has held positions of increasing responsibility within the Finance function in the United States and Europe.
Jeff has led the Investor Relations function at General Mills for nearly a decade, earning top rankings in Institutional Investor’s All-America Executive Team survey. In recent years, while leading the IR function, Jeff has taken on incremental responsibility as Treasurer and more recently VP of Corporate Finance. Before Investor Relations, Jeff was the Finance Director for Small Planet Foods, the company’s natural & organic food division. Jeff also spent five years based in Lausanne, Switzerland while serving as Regional Finance Manager and then Group Controller for Cereal Partners Worldwide, General Mills’ 50-50 joint venture with Nestlé that manufactures and markets ready-to-eat cereal products in more than 130 countries outside of North America.
Earlier in his General Mills career, Jeff held Finance roles across business areas including Supply Chain, Big G cereals, Mergers & Acquisitions, and the Convenience Stores & Foodservice segment. Jeff holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering (’96) and an MBA (’02) from Stanford University. He is a founding board member of Exodus Lending, a social venture working to address the problem of payday lending in Minnesota. He is also an executive advisor and mentor for Partners in Food Solutions, a nonprofit working to improve food security, nutrition, and economic development in Africa. Jeff and his wife Kelley live in Edina, MN, with their two sons, Luke and Josh, and a pandemic puppy Teddy.
