India Mullady is a behavioral economist and published author, with a passion for transforming the way work gets done.  She has led numerous operating model and organizational transformations and is especially deep in overall organizational design including governance and decision rights, and organization network analysis-how work truly gets done. She has significant experience in the healthcare space, having served over thirty top health companies and their executives. By combining these experiences as well as analytics, behavioral economics, and predictive planning, she is equipped to solve numerous business challenges.  

She was an early employee with Anaplan, during their hyper growth phase, focusing on disrupting the world of business planning and execution. She oversaw the implementation of numerous projects using the Anaplan Agile implementation methodology.  She also served as the Manager of Global Customer Operations and IBP.

She has partnered with executives globally on some of their most complex business needs.  She extends her 'people first' mentality to every aspect of her professional and personal life and enjoys helping others meet their growth and development goals.  She was honored by her Alma Mater, Scripps College, as an "Outstanding Alumna under 30”.  She actively volunteers her time with multiple local organizations such as the Robert Day Board of Associates and the Oceanside Museum of Art. She currently lives in San Diego.
